Have you heard about the Cuddledown VIP Club? Since launching our VIP Club, we’ve had much customer interest, and many great questions on what it’s all about.

In this post, we’ll discuss all of the benefits of the Cuddledown VIP Club and share tips on how you can get the most from your VIP Membership.

What is the Cuddledown VIP Club?

The Cuddledown VIP Club is a program that was created to provide you with exclusive savings, to maximize your positive shopping experience with Cuddledown and additional retailers.

It’s a program that offers great savings, through rebates on shipping and shopping, as well as discounted gift cards.

What are the benefits of joining Cuddledown VIP?

Our VIP Members enjoy many cash saving perks, including:

  • 10% Cash Back with Cuddledown and 14 Premier Retailers
  • 5% Cash Back with over 1,000 Marketplace Retailers
  • Free Shipping & Return Shipping Rebates

Plus, Cuddledown VIP members automatically receive a 10% discount on gift cards to popular merchants, restaurants, gas stations, and more.

How does the VIP Club Work?

Shipping Rebates

VIP Members can claim up to $500 in shipping rebates per year at over 1,000 Marketplace Retailers. As an active member of Cuddledown VIP, you will be reimbursed shipping fees charged on purchases you make at Cuddledown and our Premium Retailers.

You can submit your rebate claims online or through the mail within 90 days of your purchase date.

Claims processing takes 1-3 weeks once supporting documentation is received, and then you will be mailed a check in the amount of your rebates.

Members are also eligible for a shipping rebate if you ever need to return an item to us, or to any of our participating Premier and Marketplace retailers. You’re covered for up to $10 in return shipping charges for each purchase. Again, you can submit your rebate claim online or by mail.

Cash Back Rebates

Our VIP Members are also eligible to receive a 10% cash rebate with Cuddledown and our Premium Retailers, and a 5% cash back rebate with over 1,000 Marketplace Retailers.

Like our shipping rebates, simply submit your claims online or by mail.

Gift card discounts happen automatically – 10% off gift cards.

Tips to Maximize your Membership

Save your Receipts!

You’ll need them in order to submit your shipping and cash back claims.

Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include a copy of a sales receipt from an in-store purchase, a screen print of an order confirmation page or order confirmation email from an online purchase, or a packing slip from a mail order purchase.

Act within 90 Days

Claims must be submitted within 90 days of your purchase. Try to submit your claims right away, or set aside one day per week to submit your materials.

Access Cuddledown VIP Online

Many of our program details and tools can be conveniently accessed through our website. Whether it’s submitting a claim, discovering retailers in our Marketplace, or even shopping – our VIP Member website is an excellent resource!

How Do I Join?

It’s easy to join the Cuddledown VIP Club.

You can join after you checkout with us online, or you can call us at 1-800-323-6793 and sign up with one of our Customer Service Representatives. Membership is $14.95 per month, and will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you decide to cancel.

We’re sure you’ll love being part of the Cuddledown VIP Club, however, if you aren’t satisfied for any reason, we’ve made it easy to cancel your membership as well.

To cancel by phone, you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 888-616-3808.

If you would prefer to cancel online, simply log in to your account at CuddledownVIP.com and click on the Customer Service link in the upper right side of your screen. Then click the Cancel My Membership link, and follow the instructions provided.

You can also email your cancellation request at customerservice@CuddledownVIP.com or submit it via “Contact” form.

    Hello Cuddledown,
    I am hoping you can help me in that I recently cancelled the VIP program – but was still charged a first time monthly fee. I thought I was within the trial time allowed.
    I am a huge fan of Cuddledown – just did not warrant the VIP status in my shopping habits.
    I would most appreciate your consideration on my behalf to reverse this charge.

    I had my checking account hacked over Christmas. I called today to give my new card for the monthly membership fee. I was told it was canceled on 1/9/19. This is the second time my account was cancelled without a phone call to update billing info. I was filling out new receipts and this came to mind that you needed an update on the account. I was very upset as previously I was canceled without notice and lost about $400.00 in rebates. This is not good customer service. Please email me at marilynnvrabel@gmail.com for the updated info.     I am a member of your VIP Club. On March 6th, i mailed receipts from Premier Retailers to you and have not received a check or any info. Please let me know the status. You state that it normally takes a couple of weeks or so but it has been much longer.
