How does the VIP Club Work?

Shipping Rebates

VIP Members can claim up to $500 in shipping rebates per year at over 1,000 Marketplace Retailers. As an active member of Cuddledown VIP, you will be reimbursed shipping fees charged on purchases you make at Cuddledown and our Premium Retailers.

You can submit your rebate claims online or through the mail within 90 days of your purchase date.

Claims processing takes 1-3 weeks once supporting documentation is received, and then you will be mailed a check in the amount of your rebates.

Members are also eligible for a shipping rebate if you ever need to return an item to us, or to any of our participating Premier and Marketplace retailers. You’re covered for up to $10 in return shipping charges for each purchase. Again, you can submit your rebate claim online or by mail.

Cash Back Rebates

Our VIP Members are also eligible to receive a 10% cash rebate with Cuddledown and our Premium Retailers, and a 5% cash back rebate with over 1,000 Marketplace Retailers.

Tips to Maximize your Membership

Save your Receipts!

You’ll need them in order to submit your shipping and cash back claims.

Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include a copy of a sales receipt from an in-store purchase, a screen print of an order confirmation page or order confirmation email from an online purchase, or a packing slip from a mail order purchase.

Act within 90 Days

Claims must be submitted within 90 days of your purchase. Try to submit your claims right away, or set aside one day per week to submit your materials.

Many of our program details and tools can be conveniently accessed through our website. Whether it’s submitting a claim, discovering retailers in our Marketplace, or even shopping – our VIP Member website is an excellent resource!

How Do I Join?

It’s easy to join the Cuddledown VIP Club.

You can join after you checkout with us online, or you can call us at 1-800-323-6793 and sign up with one of our Customer Service Representatives. Membership is $14.95 per month, and will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you decide to cancel.

We’re sure you’ll love being part of the Cuddledown VIP Club, however, if you aren’t satisfied for any reason, we’ve made it easy to cancel your membership as well.

To cancel by phone, you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 888-616-3808.

If you would prefer to cancel online, simply log in to your account at and click on the Customer Service link in the upper right side of your screen. Then click the Cancel My Membership link, and follow the instructions provided.

How Surplus Fabric became School Uniforms

13391500_1060673650678943_2670604103637763545_oWe recently had the opportunity to donate fabric from our Seersucker bedskirts/bedspreads to a wonderful Maine-based organization doing incredible global work, called Partners for World Health (PWH).

Not only does PWH collect and redistribute surplus medical supplies to hospitals in countries in need, they also organize several Medical Missions trips each year, bringing much needed volunteer health workers to hospitals across Africa and Southeast Asia.

Partners for World Health_ seersucker donationWhen we learned of this incredible program, we were immediately inspired to get involved.

At the time, we had a surplus of fabric from our line of luxury Seersucker bedskirts/bedspreads.

We weren’t sure how this fabric could be used: sewing materials, as a means for women to earn money? Bedding for hospital beds or incubators?  Though the exact usage was to be determined, the possibilities were many. And we were so happy to give in any way we could.

PWH Image 2We were overjoyed to hear of how this fabric was ultimately used.

PWH passed the fabric along to another incredible group called Dress a Girl around the World (the Southern Maine chapter), who then used it to create school uniforms for children in rural Uganda.

With our donation, 150 girls in Uganda will have the uniforms necessary for attending school. Our fabric was also used to create 100 pairs of shorts for boys, as part of their school uniforms as well.

We’re thrilled to see our donated fabric being put to such an amazing use, and we look forward to working with Partners for World Health whenever we can.

How to sleep better in the summer

Sunny days, outdoor adventures, and beach/poolside relaxing are just a few of the many joys of summer.

Yet, there is one aspect of summer that falls on the “not so pleasant” side of the joy spectrum: hot, humid, sticky summer nights.

You can add better sleep to the ever growing list of benefits of exercising.

According to CNN Health, getting exercise during your day can help you sleep better at night. Just make sure to avoid exercising too close to bedtime, as doing so can sabotage your good night’s sleep.

Aim for fitting at least 30 minutes of exercise into your day, with three hours before bedtime being a “no exercise” zone.

Turn your bedroom into a cool, cozy haven

Set a new curfew…for screen time and caffeine

To set yourself up for a great night’s sleep, skip coffee or other caffeinated drinks six hours before bedtime, and shut down your Smartphone, tablet, or television at least half an hour before you hit the sack.

Studies indicate that drinking coffee and other caffeinated drinks within 6 hours of bedtime can have a negative impact on how well you sleep.

When it comes to electronics, the blue light spectrum emitted by smartphones, tablets, and television can interrupt your sleep throughout the night – and also make it more difficult to fall asleep in the first place.

For summer sleep success, avoid caffeine and electronics as your bedtime nears.

Wear the right pajamas

Lightweight, breathable pima cotton nightgownPajamas can make or break a comfy night’s sleep in any weather. The general rule of thumb to remember: When it comes to summer pjs, it’s all about loose fit and breathable materials.

Look for loose fitting, lightweight cotton or linen pajamas for your summer slumber attire. Pima cotton nightgowns are an excellent choice for summer sleeping, because pima cotton is extra-soft and extremely lightweight.

For those who prefer pajamas to nightgowns: Sleeveless, sheer cotton capri pjs are a great choice for staying cool and cozy on warm summer nights.

Block unwanted light out
