There are days when I would kill for a good nap. Now, it doesn’t have to be long, it just needs to be good. In fact, it would seem that many people could benefit from a quick snooze that leaves them feeling well rested & clear-headed.
Enter: Fast Nap. A completely free, online, guided, meditative napping session. Admittedly, I’m a skeptic about anything that sounds so easy, but I’m tempted to try it out. I mean, if there’s a possibility of logging a couple of solid, quick z’s, what’s the harm? Anyone else interested in a power nap?

There must be a reason for that bed in the sample room. For the e-mail incentive program, I think the top collector should get a pass for one 20 minute nap that week.
Stephen, I agree. It would be a great thing for companies to offer a small napping room. I think I recall some businesses doing just that several years ago. Whatever happened to the Great Nap Revolution?
give me a reasonably dark, reasonably quiet room, and i’d be asleep in minutes, alomst any time. i think employers should provide little sleeping pods for their employees, don’t you? should be a benefit, like gym membership or a vending machine.
