Black Sheep Lambswool Blanket or Throw
I consider myself a frugal person and I researched Merino Wool blankets high and low and found this blanket to be the best quality and a bargain. Wool is great year round. This is probably the most beautiful wool blanket I have ever seen. My grandparents had several so I grew up enjoying them. Yes, there are flecks of straw here and there but it does not detract from the beauty or softness. We have seen blankets twice this price that were thin and flimsy. This blanket is full and fluffy and has no dye; it is the natural color of the lamb a feature we especially like. We have a basic king bed and this fits so nicely we are using it as a coverlet because it hangs over the sides well to the wooden rails on our sleigh bed covering the box spring, comes clear to the top of the mattress and overhangs the foot of the bed by about 6 to 7 inches over a low profile foot-board. Our blanket was shipped out quickly and we received it very fast. If you get this blanket, we know you will be very pleased if you love wool as we do. We are very impressed with Cuddledown and hope to shop here again soon.
