Given the steamy hot weather, even up here in Maine (which makes us cranky because many of us don’t have air conditioned homes!), this is the time for sure to sleep on the lightest, most breathable sheets! Luckily, we’re having a sale now on some of our summer sheets, but it ends this weekend! Check out the lightweight linen, breathable percale and almost sheer, featherweight voile – perfect for staying cool and comfy in bed!

Re: King Charles Matelasse Product Disappointment. I've recently received a new bedspread/coverlet/shams for this brand. I've had an old set for 8 years, and they were perfect; real quality. This new set doesn't even begin to compare with what was offered 8 years ago. Quality has been severely downgraded. The new product is flimsy by comparison. The fabric weight is less than 1/2 of the previous product, and the weave is loose, not tight and substantial as the previous product. I would never order this product again, because I know the difference between what you did sell, and what you now sell. I would rather pay more and receive a true substantial, quality product. There's more to this than just superficial looks. Weight, tight weave, etc., mean a lot when you talk quality.Sherry Lundeen on: Have your say
