It’s official: despite the fact that we had piles of snow on the ground only a few weeks ago, spring has finally arrived in Maine! We know this because the temperatures today will be in the sixties. So although it is dreary and rainy, we still felt like celebrating the heat wave with this gorgeous spring-time photo of the Cape Neddick lighthouse in Ogunquit, Maine.
Megan has only been a bedding snob since early 2010, and has eagerly embraced the concept of sleeping on nothing but the best. Aside from happily experimenting with new bedding décor combinations, she enjoys taking in a good book, hiking in Maine's many beautiful parks, and sampling cuisine from the wonderful restaurants in Portland with her husband.

Re: King Charles Matelasse Product Disappointment. I've recently received a new bedspread/coverlet/shams for this brand. I've had an old set for 8 years, and they were perfect; real quality. This new set doesn't even begin to compare with what was offered 8 years ago. Quality has been severely downgraded. The new product is flimsy by comparison. The fabric weight is less than 1/2 of the previous product, and the weave is loose, not tight and substantial as the previous product. I would never order this product again, because I know the difference between what you did sell, and what you now sell. I would rather pay more and receive a true substantial, quality product. There's more to this than just superficial looks. Weight, tight weave, etc., mean a lot when you talk quality.Sherry Lundeen on: Have your say
An extravagant display of form and color, these happy, painterly sheets are delightfully reminiscent of an Henri Matisse masterpiece. Pure combed long-staple cotton. 350 thread count. Fitted sheet is fully elasticized for a better fit.Jon Sam on: It’s National Plant a Flower Day!
